Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with both domestic and international teams, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, while connecting clients with Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services specialists.
Client Engagement & Advisory: Lead high-level discussions with clients and prospects on topics such as capital structures, market conditions, and strategic business solutions.
Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor peers and support leadership development through knowledge sharing and team coaching.
Adaptability & Strategy: Respond to evolving sales practices and shifting market trends with agility and strategic insight.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking
Demonstrated ability to manage a large and complex client portfolio
Strong track record in business development, client prospecting, and relationship expansion
Advanced skills in corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting
Financial modeling expertise and successful completion of formal credit training
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven leadership and negotiation skills, capable of managing internal collaboration for client solutions
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and 63 licenses (or must obtain within 180 days of hire)
