Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• At least 1+ year of experience in retail banking sales, financial services sales, or a consultative relationship sales role with a proven track record of establishing new clients and deepening customer relationships.

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.

• Must obtain the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses within 180 days of hire if unlicensed.

• Ability to operate within established risk parameters and meet internal/external compliance obligations, including completing required training.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain products and services in a way that meets customer needs.

• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• College degree or military equivalent preferred.

• Highly professional with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to build confidence with clients and clearly articulate product knowledge.

• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
