High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
Must obtain the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses within 180 days of hire if unlicensed.
Ability to operate within established risk parameters and meet internal/external compliance obligations, including completing required training.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain products and services in a way that meets customer needs.
Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
College degree or military equivalent preferred.
Highly professional with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to build confidence with clients and clearly articulate product knowledge.
Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
