Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Client Process Management Process within the client team to proactively identify new business development opportunities.

  • Source new clients while aligning with the bank established risk appetite and compliance standards.

  • Guide the client team in delivering meaningful interactions that ensure a consistent Branded Client Experience.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients financial needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy, adjusting quickly to changes in their business or financial environment.

  • Advocate for clients and prospects as a trusted advisor by offering integrated recommendations in wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management.

  • Promote and encourage the use of digital tools and capabilities to enhance the overall client and client team experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence to expand professional networks and drive business success.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience, or equivalent business experience in financial services.

  • Proven ability to drive new business development within a target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets).

  • Skilled at presenting holistic financial strategies by leveraging the entire Private Bank platform.

  • High-touch, client-centric professional with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • A natural leader who proactively identifies opportunities for client engagement and improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and close business effectively.

  • Strong solutions orientation, combined with sales skills and financial aptitude.

  • Expertise in negotiation and collaboration with team specialists to deliver optimal client outcomes.

  • Ability to take leadership roles both within the team and the wider business community.

  • Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses required; candidates may also be considered if willing to obtain the licenses within 90 days of start date.
