Key Responsibilities:
Develop Multi-level Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement campaigns tailored to diverse business objectives that strengthen Patterson-UTI market position and enhance brand recognition within their client base and the broader industry.
Optimize Social Media Content: Manage content performance on targeted platforms to boost brand and product visibility and engage key audiences to drive measurable business outcomes.
Community Engagement: Develop and execute strategies aligned with corporate goals to foster meaningful engagement with the community and industry stakeholders.
Content Creation and Management: Produce timely, proactive, and brand-aligned content across all digital channels; maintain and improve a photo repository for social media, recruitment, and training efforts.
Event Representation: Represent Patterson-UTI at industry events such as SPE, AADE, YPE, IADC, and trade shows, enhancing public relations and marketing presence.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development to create integrated media campaigns and customer-facing sales materials.
Market Analysis and Feedback: Analyze operational challenges, growth strategies, and competitor activities; capture customer feedback to support future product development and marketing initiatives.
Internal Communications and Employee Engagement: Support internal communication efforts and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture adhering to company ethics and policies.
Technical and Strategic Support: Manage event calendars, submit technical papers to conferences, and utilize marketing and software tools to maximize brand engagement and visibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field of study.
2+ years of hands-on graphic design experience creating visually compelling digital and print materials that align with brand identity and support marketing, communications, and promotional goals.
Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle, and meet the requirements of the Company vehicle program, policy, and/or guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with proven marketing campaign expertise.
Proficient in social media, advertising, paid media, and content creation with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in Mac and PC platforms, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
Capable of performing job-related mathematical calculations and presenting confidently to audiences.
Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally for extended periods outside Houston.
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to complete job tasks.
