• Sport-Specific Marketing Contact: Acts as the main point of contact for assigned sports, managing all related marketing responsibilities including promotional campaigns, staff coordination, and production of run-of-show materials.

• Fan Engagement Execution: Assists as a secondary marketing lead for other designated sports, helping coordinate in-game fan engagement, scripting, music, sponsored promotions, and special recognitions.

• Campus Collaboration: Partners with other university departments to support cross-campus marketing efforts and enhance campus culture through athletics.

• Mascot Program Management: Leads mascot-related efforts for on- and off-campus events, ensuring strong branding and community outreach.

• Charitable Contributions Liaison: Oversees the coordination of all charitable donation requests related to Rice Athletics.

• Kids Club Support: Assists in managing Rice Athletics Kids Club operations and engagement initiatives.

• Internship Program Oversight: Supports recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and gameday leadership of student Marketing Interns.
