• Process Loan Ops Help Desk requests in a timely and accurate manner.

• Handle loan payments received via US mail and other payment methods.

• Ensure compliance with all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements as per Bank Policy and Procedure, including the timely completion of assigned training.
