Workstream Leadership: Take ownership of one or more infrastructure technology workstreams, guiding development from planning through implementation.

Formal training or certification in industrial engineering or infrastructure-related disciplines with 5+ years of applied experience.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering or related roles within manufacturing or supply chain sectors.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical or business field—or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding and application of value stream mapping techniques to improve process efficiencies.
Excellent root cause analysis and issue resolution skills, with the ability to identify effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
