Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partner Collaboration:
  Engage directly with business partners to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop effective systems solutions tailored to business needs.

• Modeling & Documentation:
  Create business and technical documentation using tools such as user stories, use cases, journey maps, business process flows, and system flow diagrams.

• UI/UX Collaboration:
  Partner with UI/UX teams to develop workflows and wireframes, supporting the design of user-friendly solutions from concept to execution.

• Data Governance Support:
  Contribute to enterprise data governance initiatives by mapping data sources, defining data intent, context, and lineage.

• Risk & Compliance Awareness:
  Apply knowledge of risk, compliance, and governance principles from large financial institutions to inform business and system decisions.

• Documentation Review & Enhancement:
  Assess current documentation for systems and applications and enhance as needed to maintain clarity and consistency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in operational roles within banking.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation using diverse techniques and modeling tools.

• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and cloud-based environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucidchart, and other business analysis tools.
