Solution Delivery: Lead the delivery of Wells Fargo full suite of solutions to financial sponsors, ensuring alignment with client goals and priorities.
Complex Problem-Solving: Address the most complex needs across multiple areas of the business, requiring an in-depth evaluation and collaboration with product organizations to develop client-specific solutions based on a deep understanding of their businesses.
Leadership and Expertise: Provide vision and leadership regarding financial sponsors strategies that have a significant impact on the business and financial operations at Wells Fargo.
Process Improvement: Strategically lead efforts to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues, and represent Wells Fargo externally as an expert advisor.
Client Solutions Strategy: Review and provide the complete range of Wells Fargo solutions to commercial and investment banking clients, ensuring in-depth evaluation of client-specific needs.
Business Development and Networking: Lead relationship planning activities, maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, and cultivate relationships through an existing network to source new Commercial Banking clients.
Experience: 10+ years of Mid-Corporate Relationship Management experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
