• Manage, retain, and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenues greater than ~$5 million.

• Provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $15 million.

• Provide support to branch-based business bankers on large business credit deals as needed.

• Deliver customized business banking solutions to clients by assessing their unique financial needs.

• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to offer solutions that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

• Regularly conduct in-person or virtual calls with existing clients, referrals, and centers of influence to build long-term banking relationships.

• Collaborate with other JPMorgan Chase departments, such as Wealth Management and Private Bank, to offer comprehensive personal financial solutions to clients.

• Partner with product specialists to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and delivery of new accounts and full product suite.

• Follow sound risk management protocols, control policies, and regulatory requirements to protect the firm.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.

• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, along with commercial credit training.

• Proven ability to anticipate clients issues, offer comprehensive solutions, and follow through on commitments.
